This squeegee, or squilgee, was shipped from Montreal, made in China, and distributed by Javex, a brand owned by the well-known company, Clorox. This squeegee’s design is no different from all the others: a thin rubber blade attached to a T-shaped handle. This generic design has proven useful for centuries, becoming a necessity to anyone who has ever explored endeavours in window cleaning. The squeegee is a worldwide phenomenon, commonly housed in showers to fulfill its use as a common post-shower ritual to combat the lack of a shower barrier or prevent damage from hard water and mold. It has proven itself to be an inexpensive tool to achieve an efficient clean, no matter the liquid it’s squeegeeing.
